Warehousing & Dropship Services

If you are interested in our warehousing services, goods that we manufacture would be sent from the supplier after mass production to the warehouse. You can choose to utilize our services for your entire order or a portion of it. Please note: if a portion of your shipment is selected to be warehoused, you will be billed separately for the additional shipment of remaining goods. Rates are not determined until goods are ready to ship.

Billing will be done monthly, per pallet in storage at the time inventory reports are taken. We will not prorate any invoices. Billing cost regarding storage fees will be broken down per the below.

When a transfer of goods or shipment is required, you will be required to login to the CustomPlush.com portal and fill out a Warehouse Pick List.

If there is an outstanding bill, no goods will ship and goods will continue to accrue monthly storage fees, plus a late fee rate of 10%. If a balance goes unpaid for eight (8) consecutive months, your goods will be considered surrendered, and we maintain all rights to dispose or sell, as we see fit.
