Our first step is so easy! Click on Let's Get Started! to create an account with our team. By choosing Mass Production, you will be led through our easy to use system, directed to enter such things as size, quantity, and other details of your project! You will need to be ready to upload your artwork!

All quotes provided are *ALL INCLUSIVE* unless told otherwise. Your quote will include a dedicated project manager, plush unit, testing, sewn-in-label, hang tag, and shipping. To provide the most accurate quote, we will need as much detail as possible. You will notice many of the fields in the process are mandatory. This allows us to be competitive with our pricing! ALL QUOTES ARE CUSTOM, JUST LIKE YOUR PLUSH TOY!

Prototype fees begin at $375. This includes unlimited revisions within six months. Your project manager will work with the factory to create your sample from the artwork provided by you. Our factories do a great job finding the right material to match the look of your character. During the entire creation process, you can communicate directly with your project manager by logging into your CustomPlush.com account. You can track the progress of your project while getting incredible service!

Creating the initial sample takes approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the level of detail. When revision images reach perfection, your project manager will send you the physical sample to approve in-hand. Once the in-hand sample is approved, we can move into the production phase. We require a deposit of 50% on your order of bulk stuffed animals to begin production. Our typical timeline for custom logo stuffed animals and other custom plush toys is 90 to 120 days. Your project manager will work directly with you to take your concept artwork from an idea, to a one-of-a-kind truly custom stuffed animal!

Once your project moves into the production phase, all plush toys are tested by a 3rd party facility. We confirm the pricing with the factory that the price per unit is still what we initially provided. This can sometimes change based on revisions, size changes, material, and level of detail on the individual units. Your final payment for the stuffed animals is due prior to them being shipped to your location.

Along the way, you will have your dedicated project manager to answer any questions you might have. We pride ourselves on top of the line service, ensuring that your plush is designed to your specifications and on time!
