Yes we can! Memeez are fun and make fantastic gifts, for everything from retirement gifts, to bride and grooms. Take a favorite snapshot and turn it into a tangible three dimensional memory of a moment!
Definitely! Your Creations allows you to take a drawing, upload it into our EXCLUSIVE design portal, and we will make it into a CustomPlush for you! You'll get to choose between a three dimensional stuffed plush, or have Your Creation design on a pillow! If You Can Imagine It, We Will Create It!
You will be able to choose everything from the size, to hair color, texture, eye color, and other featured colors. You can be as realistic to the images you provide as you like, or go wild with customization! That's why we're CustomPlush.com!

CustomPlush.com is not responsible for local duties or tariffs. The recipient may be responsible for paying these upon receipt. For some countries, we may collect and remit VAT on your behalf. In this instance, you will see a Sales Tax or VAT added during checkout. If you are an international buyer, but are purchasing for someone in the US, we may be required to collect and remit US state sales tax on the purchase, depending on local jurisdictions.
International customs may affect accuracy of shipping times.

As soon as we recieved your design on CustomPlush.com, we got to work on your order! You should be receiving emails that indicate what phase of design, creation, manufacturing, or delivery your order is at. You can also login to your account on CustomPlush.com and check the status of your order there!
As soon as your FurEver Pet, Memeez, or Your Creation is complete and ready to be shipped, you will receive tracking information.You can also send an inquiry to our customer service team at HappyToHelp@plush.com and we will answer any questions you might have!
We like to say that FurEver Pets, Memeez, and Your Creations are made with mounds of love and millions of memories, but really, it's 100% polyester. All materials used are hypo-allergenic and especially chosen for each order!
If your FurEver Pet, Memeez, or Your Creation arrives damaged, no worries! CustomPlush.com will examine your case and determine whether to repair your order, replace your order, or issue you a refund.
You can send our team a damage request using the Contact Us page. Be sure to include any photos as well as the order number from your project. Any damage requests need to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Oh no! We recommend to spot clean your CustomPlush and let it air dry. Good Luck!
Depending on the size and complexity of your accessory, there may be an additional charge for the item(s). It would have to be made separately, and each would require our creation team's expert skills as well as additional materials.
